Stock is calculated from a full movement ledger — purchases in, production out, packing, sales, returns, wastage. Low-stock alerts included, plus expiring batches flagged 15 days ahead on the dashboard.
Production with real costing

Questions, answered
Does LābhoFy need an internet connection?
No. Every feature — sales, production, packing, reports, backups — works fully offline, and a message shared to LābhoFy is read entirely on your phone without any network. Three things need a connection, each only at the moment you use it: AI Bill Scan, when you tap Scan on a bill photo; publishing your catalogue to your web store, if you have one; and business type selection, which fetches the latest starter materials and containers for your trade.
Is it safe to install an APK from a website?
Android shows a warning for any app installed outside the Play Store — that's normal. This APK is built and signed by us and served only from this page. LābhoFy has no login, sends no operational data to any server, and your business data — sales, stock, customers, costs and profit — never leaves your phone.
Where is my data stored? What if I lose my phone?
All data lives in a database on your device. Use Settings → Backup to export a single backup file — keep it on Google Drive, a memory card or a PC. Restoring it on a new phone brings your whole business back.
I've been keeping records on paper. Can I switch mid-year?
Yes. The Opening Balances setup lets you enter your current stock, customer dues and supplier payables as a starting point, so reports are correct from day one.
My business only re-packs — we don't manufacture. Does it fit?
Absolutely. Products in LābhoFy are either made (from raw materials) or bought (in bulk and re-packed). Both models are built into the core of the app — use one or mix both.
Can my customers order from a website?
Yes. We set up a branded online store for your business that mirrors your LābhoFy catalog — publish it from the app in one tap, and prices, offers and stock stay in sync. Checkout opens WhatsApp with the order pre-filled to your number; you share that message into LābhoFy the same way as any Share-to-Order message, and it's ready to convert into a sale. Setup is a one-time ₹3,000, then ₹199 a month for hosting and updates. Email us to get your store set up.
Does Share-to-Order break the “nothing leaves your phone” promise?
No. It's not a WhatsApp integration and it doesn't read notifications or run in the background — Share-to-Order only receives what you explicitly hand it by tapping Share, and that content is read entirely on your phone. It works from WhatsApp, SMS, email, Telegram or any other app that supports Android's Share Sheet — nothing is monitored, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Does AI Bill Scan break the “nothing leaves your phone” promise?
No. Every install includes 10 free AI bill scans, but nothing is ever sent unless you tap Scan on a bill photo. When you do, only that bill photo is uploaded for reading, and we never store a copy of it — it exists only for the moment it takes to read. The photo itself stays on your phone, attached to the purchase as your record, and is removed only if you delete it yourself. Every other feature remains fully offline, and your sales, stock, customers and profit stay on your device, always.
Isn’t this the same as OCR or a scanner app?
No — and we know the difference, because we shipped ordinary OCR first and then removed it. OCR turns a photo into a pile of loose text: it doesn’t know that 25 is a quantity, that 47 is a rate, or that “AtoZ Traders” is the supplier — so you still type the whole purchase in yourself. AI Bill Scan reads a bill the way a person does: it works out which figure is quantity, which is rate and which is the total, matches each line against your own materials list, and hands you a filled-in purchase entry to check.
Can it really read handwritten bills?
Yes — it is built for real Indian supplier bills, including handwritten and thermal-paper ones, in Malayalam or English. Where a figure is unclear it is left blank for you to fill in — never guessed. And if a scan fails to read anything useful, it doesn't use a credit.
What does the licence cost?
The trial is free with every feature unlocked (limited to 5 sales and 1 production batch). The full licence is ₹1,999, paid once, for one device — no subscription and no renewal.
